This Refund Policy applies to paid training and information/consulting services provided by U&A Intelligence Academy and forms part of the Public Offer Agreement.
Services are delivered electronically. No physical goods are sold and no physical delivery is provided. Effective date of this version: 13 August 2026.
1. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Send a cancellation or refund request to [email protected]. Include the payer/Customer name, Course, contact details, payment date and amount, payment method and, where available, the WayForPay transaction identifier. Additional information is requested only where needed to identify the payment.
2. CANCELLATION BEFORE THE COURSE STARTS
Before the Course starts and before access to digital materials is provided, the Customer may cancel participation and request a refund unless mandatory law provides otherwise. The current cohort of the Fundamental OSINT Course: From Digital Footprint to Legal Admissibility of Evidence starts on 15 September 2026. If performance or digital access has already started at the Customer’s request, section 9 of the Public Offer and applicable Ukrainian consumer and digital-services law apply.
3. REFUNDS AFTER SERVICES HAVE STARTED
After services have started, where a refund is available under law or the Agreement, the refundable amount is determined with regard to the portion actually supplied. For live training this may include sessions/hours already delivered; for digital materials, access already supplied may be taken into account to the extent permitted by law. Non-attendance or failure to use valid access for reasons attributable to the Customer/Participant does not by itself mean that services were not supplied.
4. REFUND METHOD AND TIMING
Payments made through WayForPay are refunded through WayForPay and normally to the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed and permitted by law and payment-system rules. The Provider initiates an approved refund within 14 calendar days after receiving sufficient information to identify the payment. Actual crediting time depends on the bank and payment system.
5. PROVIDER CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT
If the Provider cancels the Course before it starts, the Customer may choose a full refund or transfer of the payment to another Course. A postponement of the Course start date by more than 7 calendar days is a material change. The Customer may accept the new date or cancel participation; if services have not started, the payment is refunded in full, and after commencement the undelivered portion is refunded to the extent required by law.
6. CONSUMER RIGHTS
This Policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights under Ukrainian law, including rights arising where services are not supplied, have material defects or digital content/services do not conform to the agreed terms.
